iPad cookies

I'm finding the iPad too heavy for everyday reading, but I gotta say, it does a pretty good job as a cookbook stand-in. Cooksillustrated.com + iPad makes for a pretty sweet setup and the screen is easy to wipe down when covered in butter. (Although I have a feeling that immersion in flour is not covered under AppleCare.)

Also means I'm not either firing up the printer or trying to read a recipe on the iPhone screen. The cookies turned out great, but I'm going to put that down to the recipe.
